Berries, Beans, & BBQ Sauce (v)

We might start eating our beans with berries all the time now. Employing the image of a kettle of baked beans suspended over an open fire as our inspiration, we replaced chocolate with white beans to create a warm and molasses-y baked bean ganache. Then we made strawberries the star of a tangy in-house bbq sauce with just a hint of spice. Both of those found a serendipitously harmonious home in a raspberry + black raspberry vegan ice cream reminiscent of those patches of unwieldy brambles at the peak of a PNW summer.
