"Salad" might be a bit of a misnomer, but we’re big fans of the classic Midwestern dessert that inspired this new flavor. The original dish features a pretzel crumble crust, a chilled mix of cream cheese and Cool Whip, and a top layer of diced strawberries suspended in strawberry Jell-O. To create our riff, we churn a simple cream cheese ice cream and scatter pretzel crumble throughout. We hope to make the Midwest proud!
