Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping days are Monday through Thursday. Orders placed after noon PST, will be sent out the following shipping day with your selected shipping method. Orders placed after noon PST on Thursday will go out the following Monday.

Shipping Cutoffs: Our shipping cutoffs are Wednesday at Noon PST for 2Day or Ground and Thursday at Noon PST for overnight delivery. We ship Monday through Wednesday for 2Day and Ground and Monday through Thursday for Overnight. 2nd Day or Ground orders placed after 12:00pm PST on Wednesday and Overnight orders placed after 12:00pm PST on Thursday, will be shipping the following Monday. Our signature flavor combines Guatemalan fleur de sel ice cream with ribbons of housemade, hand-burned caramel for a positively obsession-worthy blend of salty and sweet. We created this ice cream with Mark Bitterman, the ‘selmelier’ behind The Meadow, a family of world renowned salt shops in Portland and New York City. He literally wrote the book on the subject—the James Beard Award-winning cookbook Salted—and has aided many of our saltier ice cream experiments since 2011.
