First comes the brittle: peanuts, sugar, salt, and vegan butter cooked until perfectly crackable. Once cooled, those sweet-salty chunks are mixed into our creamy PB ribbon, then folded into a salted vanilla coconut-cream base. Finally, a custom milk-chocolate fudge—made by taking the sugar just to the edge for caramelized depth—ties it all together.
