Freckled Chocolate Zucchini Bread

We’ve all experienced neighbors’ attempts to pawn off summer’s bumper crop of zucchini, but there’s no hiding it here. We celebrate the squash’s peak sweetness and succulence by baking an incredibly moist zucchini bread, then enhance it with the bitter compounds in chocolate, which play off the squash’s greenness.
