You may have heard the news that we are going across the country and opening two shops in Miami next year. It’s true and we’re pinching ourselves!
Eight years ago, we started as a push cart in Portland, Oregon—and in true Pacific Northwest fashion, we opened during the rainiest summer on record. Today, we are over the moon to have scoop shops all along the West Coast, each with a crafted menu that showcases the incredible farmers, chefs, and artisans who are changing the way we eat in every city. Along the way, we’ve been able to shine a light on issues that are important to us and tell stories about the organizations and people who are changing our communities for the better.
As we’ve gotten to know Miami, the depth of the food culture has drawn us in and we’re excited to contribute to and share Miami’s story with visitors from around the world. We’re collaborating with the city’s most beloved cast of makers to create a menu just for Miami, from Salt & Straw. We hope you love it.
