Tucked into the ever-cool Pike/Pine Corridor, our Capitol Hill scoop shop is inspired by the neighborhood’s high-design happenings, hip inhabitants, and late night splendor. A hub of Seattle’s LGBTQ community, the heartbeat of the 1990s grunge scene, and home to some of the city’s best coffee houses (and that’s saying a lot), we can’t help loving Capitol Hill! A few blocks from Melrose Market, Cal Anderson Park, and the famed Seattle bookstore Elliot Bay, our scoop shop offers the perfect excuse to grab something sweet and stroll through one of our favorite parts of the city.
Our Ballard shop sits in the heart of the waterfront district with a rich maritime history and vibrant modern food and drink scene. Once an independent city (with an independent spirit to match), Ballard was home to a bustling Scandinavian community made up of salmon fishermen, mill workers, boat builders and their families in the early 1900s. Today, Ballard is a hotspot of hip eateries, bars, boutiques, galleries, and cherished landmarks—like Golden Gardens Park, the Ballard Locks, the Nordic Heritage Museum, and the Ballard Farmers Market, Seattle’s first year-round neighborhood farmers market where we’ll no doubt be sourcing flavor inspiration in all seasons.
