This rich vanilla ice cream, a star of our Classics Menu since 2014, is a testament to our commitment to unique flavors. It features chunks of homemade, salted, and malted chocolate chip cookie dough, along with heavily malted fudge. We use a Wisconsin-based amber ale brewer's malt for a unique sour-sweet umami flavor in both the cookie dough and fudge. Our chef, Tyler, was inspired by the challenge of perfecting nostalgic cookie dough ice cream, and he achieved a custard-like texture without eggs. The cookie dough melts at 50 degrees, requiring our kitchen team's skill and speed, and includes ground chocolate chips for a delightful crunch. This flavor redefines the classic with bursts of sweet umami in every bite.

Not all saltwater is created equal. That's why Portland-based Jacobsen Sea salt founder Ben Jacobsen tested 27 sites along the Washington and Oregon coasts before landing in Netarts Bay, just south of Tillamook, Oregon. A spot chosen for its bright salinity, Jacobsen Salt Co. is dedicated to hand-harvesting salt from the cold, pristine waters of Netarts Bay. The first company to harvest salt in the Pacific Northwest since Lewis & Clark built salt works in 1805, their product is bright and briny, with a delicate crunch and no bitter aftertaste.
