Shipping & Delivery Information

During these unprecedented times we are working with a small (but mighty) crew and you may experience delays in the fulfillment of your order. We have revised our production, fulfillment and recipes to accommodate extra safety precautions. Please note that delivery time does not account for order processing time. Thank you for your patience. Hope you enjoy your ice cream!

Thank you so much for thinking of us to send a treat! We ship all of our ice cream from our Portland kitchen in Portland, 5 (or 6) pints at a time, packed on dry ice via Overnight or 2Day air, with Ground option for local delivery.

As we work to ensure the health and safety of our team, we are experiencing delays in fulfilling orders and we are not able to accommodate our typical shipping and delivery schedule. We are shipping ice cream orders Monday-Wednesday. With this schedule we are estimating 3-5 days to fulfill your order plus the estimated delivery time to give you a receipt date. Frozen shipments cannot be in transit over the weekend so we do not ship on Friday, Saturdays, or Sundays.

You'll receive an email with tracking information when your order is ready to be picked up by FedEx.
