The flavor nuances of the two kinds of beans marry and meld—thanks to their roots in the same region of Africa—so you can’t quite tell where the chocolate notes end and the coffee begins. We tip the scales towards the coffee side of things with a ribbon of coffee-infused butter toffee, ground to a dust that unites every bite.
