Royal Butterfly

“Basic ice cream ingredients: cold milk 1/2 cup, vanilla extract 1 tablespoon, 1 can sweetend condenced milk, 1/8 teaspoon of salt, 1 pined heavy cream. Secret ingredients: Butterfly pea flower 11 flowers, Lemon zest, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon honey.”

Our spin: A refreshing royal blue sherbet made from our own butterfly pea flower and vanilla tea, then scattered with bits of candied lemon peel.
