Milla’s Chocolate Hazelnut Praline

We are head over heels in love with master Chocolatier Christine Sarioz’s award-winning, technically astounding Hazelnut Praline Bar. It has a wonderfully textured outer shell and hides a rich hazelnut paste on the inside. We turned it inside out by making a hazelnut ice cream, mixing in shards of chocolate and swirling in a homemade hazelnut praline fudge.
