He’s making a list, checking it twice, and bringing you holiday happiness whether you’ve been naughty OR nice. We teamed back up with our old acquaintance Dwanta, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s Holiday Spirit—a jolly gentleman with an affinity for bench presses, tequila, and a well-earned ice cream cheat meal—to spread cheer and give back to those in need this season.

Since 2019, we’ve partnered with Dwanta and his team of champion distillers at Teremana Tequila to create festive ice cream flavors, including Dwanta’s Teremana Spiked Eggnog. Our twist on the party favorite  that ‘nog fans dream about year-round is back on The Holiday Series menu. For every pint sold, Salt & Straw and Teremana are each donating $1 to World Central Kitchen—a remarkable organization that brings food security to those in need.

This year, we’re going bigger and more epic than ever before with the first-ever Frozen Advent Calendar. To celebrate the holiday countdown, we’re auctioning off limited-edition freezers filled with 12 bold and boozy flavors made in collaboration with Teremana and Dwanta himself. Bidding begins November 29th and ends on December 6th will all proceeds benefiting World Central Kitchen.

The holiday cheer doesn’t stop there. We're joining forces with the team at Teremana to bring The Mana Mobile to select scoop shops to serve up special “Dwanta Floats” at Holiday Happy Hours from 5-7pm:

  • Tuesday, 12/6: Cocowalk (Miami)
  • Tuesday, 12/13: Capitol Hill (Seattle)
  • Tuesday, 12/20: Burlingame (Bay Area), West Hollywood (Los Angeles), Littly Italy (SD)

For Dwanta, the holidays are all about giving back, and we’re brimming with joy to help him achieve his merry mission in support of World Central Kitchen. So cozy up and get your spoons ready—Dwanta Claus is comin’ to town to make your cheat meals merry and bright.
