Rice Krispies make two appearances in this flavor, both within our florentine cookies. First, we grind them into a fine powder to use as a ‘flour’ for the dough. Then, we mix that with brown butter, marshmallow, and crushed Rice Krispies before baking it into thin, crisp cookies—a candy-like cross between brittle and a cookie. Finally, we crumble the florentines into our salted vanilla ice cream for that unmistakable snap, crackle, pop.
