To celebrate Stick With Me's Cheesecake Bonbon, we had to think in layers. We start with bright raspberry ice cream, then fold in clusters of white chocolate cream cheese ganache made with lemon zest and vanilla bean. Tart raspberry jam and buttery graham cracker crumbles weave throughout, delivering the full experience of cheesecake in every bite. So good you might just need another slice—er—scoop.
