Our final course takes inspiration from two iconic desserts: Pumpkin Pie and Tiramisu. We start with a traditional pie filling, spiced with cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg, and sweetened with maple syrup. A generous splash of coffee creates our unique flavor fusion. Mascarpone coffee sauce, infused with tiramisu cake, is swirled throughout the pumpkin-forward ice cream, and flecks of chocolate stracciatella mimic the chocolate flakes that top the Italian dessert. With that, ahhhhh, maybe it’s time for sweatpants—and round two.

This flavor begins with our unique take on “pumpkin spice,” featuring maple syrup, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, clove, and ginger. We churn this spice blend into our ice cream base, along with generous amounts of pumpkin purée and coffee, creating a twist on the quintessential pumpkin spice latte. Chiffon cake is soaked in a coffee-infused mascarpone and evaporated milk mixture, forming a “tiramisu cake swirl” that is drizzled throughout the ice cream. Finally, flecks of Cloudforest chocolate stracciatella add a touch of bittersweet chocolate to each bite.
