We start with a traditional pie filling, spiced with cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg, and sweetened with maple syrup. A generous splash of coffee creates our unique flavor fusion. This flavor begins with our unique take on “pumpkin spice,” featuring maple syrup, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, clove, and ginger. We churn this spice blend into our ice cream base, along with generous amounts of pumpkin purée and coffee, creating a twist on the quintessential pumpkin spice latte. Chiffon cake is soaked in a coffee-infused mascarpone and evaporated milk mixture, forming a “tiramisu cake swirl” that is drizzled throughout the ice cream.
