Yes, Reese’s Puffs make an appearance in this ice cream—but not in the way you might expect. We create our own version of the classic cereal by baking brownie bites not once, but twice, giving them a satisfying crunch while keeping their rich, indulgent chocolate flavor. Then, we take mountains of actual Reese’s Puffs, grind them into a fine powder, and use it to coat our crunchy, peanut butter–glazed brownie bites. Mmmm.
