To recreate the flavors of Stick With Me Sweets’ Macadamia Nut bonbon, we infuse puffed rice into our ice cream base and swirl in a housemade milk chocolate fudge. Macadamia nuts are drenched in toasted white chocolate and coconut to create crunchy clusters that explode with flavor in the ice cream. While a scoop might not be as visually stunning as Stick With Me’s artful bonbons, we hope you’ll find it’s just as delightful.

Stick With Me Sweets is recognized as one of the top 10 chocolatiers in America and stands out as one of the only chocolate shops in New York City known for its hand-shelled bonbons. Before founding Stick With Me Sweets, Susanna Yoon spent years honing her skills at three-Michelin starred Per Se in New York City. While she was there, she always dreamed of gifting friends and family the elegant chocolates presented at the end of its extensive tasting menu. Upon leaving the restaurant, she wanted to create a shop that made these exclusive sweets accessible to the public.
