A regional twist on a national favorite: Cookies & Cream. When we set out to reimagine this coast-to-coast classic, we knew we wanted to give it a distinctly Oregon spin. Our state grows 99% of the nation’s hazelnuts—and some of ours come straight from Salt & Straw’s own farm. We start with coconut cream spiked with a splash of bourbon vanilla, fold in mounds of crushed sandwich cookies, and ripple in a decadent hazelnut butter fudge. An iconic flavor, rooted in Oregon and made entirely our own.

When we decided to lease our very own 16-acre hazelnut farm, we turned to the very best in the business: Northwest Hazelnut Company. Family-owned and operated, the George family has worked with hazelnut growers across Oregon and beyond since 1993 to bring the state’s official nut to people far and wide. They’ve earned a reputation for quality, integrity, and unwavering support for growers. With them as our partner, we feel confident and proud to be part of a tradition as rich as the soil we now farm.
