GoNanas Banana Bread with Strawberry Jam (v)

This flavor starts with a rich banana caramel vegan coconut ice cream, made by cooking down banana puree with brown sugar, molasses, black rum, and cinnamon. This sticky confection is churned with salt and caramel, creating a deep, roasty sweet banana ice cream. We then bake GoNanas Salted Caramel Banana bread, enhanced with mashed bananas and maple syrup. The soft, chewy banana bread chunks add richness to every bite. Finally, a swirl of bright red strawberry jam balances the roasted, caramelized sweetness of the banana ice cream and chewy banana bread with fresh fruitiness.

The innovating women at GoNanas make vegan, gluten-free, and allergen-friendly banana bread mixes at the forefront of comfort food. The big winner at Oregon Angel Food 2022, the female-founded startup, also received a prize package from the Salt & Straw Team. We collaborated on a new flavor and offered mentorship from our executive team. It was a match made in baked banana heaven. Both teams are all in on tasty and satisfying foods and community. There’s nothing bananas about it.
