Death By Chocolate Chocolate Cake (v)

This flavor is meant to be chocolate overload, and we use three different chocolates to achieve it: natural-processed cocoa powder, Dutch-processed cocoa powder, and whole couverture chocolate. Each brings its own unique qualities, coming together to create a complex depth of chocolaty richness.

To create our caramel fudge, we use one of our favorite techniques, similar to what we use in our Peanut Butter Brittle Caramel Fudge (v). We cook sugar and oat milk until it creates a dark, hot caramel sauce. While it’s still hot, we add chocolate chips and let the heat melt them. The end result is a salty, bittersweet caramel fudge.
