Ezell’s has been giving back to and nurturing its community since first opening in 1984. From establishing a grant program Black-owned businesses to delivering delicious meals, Ezell’s believes, “It’s not enough to serve good food—we must also do good.” A Seattle institution, their secret blend of seasonings quickly caught national attention after Oprah herself requested their famous chicken at her birthday party. We took a peek at the secret recipe card to recreate their iconic sweet Cajun heat in this unbelievable flavor.
