Vegan or not, we’re pretty sure you’ve never had a pistachio ice cream like this. Our intensely nutty pistachio milk is blended 50/50 with cashew milk to boost creaminess while preserving that rich pistachio flavor. Add in dark TCHO chocolate and our house-made vegan, gluten-free shortbread (made with almond flour, gluten-free flour, and vegan butter), and you get a buttery, chocolatey, delightfully nutty scoop that gives every milk-and-cookies you’ve ever met a run for its money.
