This flavor starts with fresh apple purée churned into our ice cream, along with a touch of salt and a bit of our sorbet base, creating a lush, tart apple juice ice cream that eats almost like gelato. It’s our best impression of a ripe autumn apple! We finish by drizzling in streaks of vanilla bean caramel, burned extra deeply for a rich, dark color and a hint of bitterness, with specks of vanilla bean for added depth and flavor.
