Cake Batter Chocolate Fudge

This playful flavor is back for its second year! We start with a homemade dry “funfetti” cake batter and blend it into the ice cream base for a technicolored sprinkle delight. Our homemade brown butter chocolate fudge is extra special because we use A LOT of vanilla beans to create a frosting-esque, most decidedly chocolate flavor.

Compartés Chocolate originally started in the 1950s in Brentwood, Los Angeles where it instantly became a favorite of Hollywood elites like Marilyn Monroe, Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley and the Kennedys.
