Our twist on an extravagant old school tableside dessert. We cook banana purée, rum, molasses, and warm spices down to a luscious caramel. Then we swirl the sweet, roasty mixture into a delicate banana-infused ice cream to create a true 5-star experience. No pyrotechnics required.
