We recreate its signature flavor by simmering ripe bananas, dark rum, brown sugar, and spices into a rich caramel, then drizzle it into a banana-infused coconut cream. Crunchy candied pecans add pops of texture and a touch of nutty bitterness. It’s the tableside spectacle, brought straight to your bowl, with all the indulgence and flair of the original.

Our bananas foster caramel is a gooey, indulgent delight. To make it, we melt vegan butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and black rum together until it starts to slightly caramelize. Then, we add a heap of mashed bananas and cook it until it begins to thicken into a sticky caramel. We swirl this caramel into our banana-infused coconut cream base and add the candied pecans to bring texture and balance to this deliciously sweet flavor.
