We snuck bananas into the Berries series, if only because we’re as obsessed with thiscollaboration with GoNanas as you are. Heaps of ripe bananas, roasted with brown sugar and molasses and spiked with black rum, churn into coconut cream along with salt and caramel for a rich, caramelized scoop. Hunks of chewy GoNanas Salted Caramel Banana Bread taste just like mouthfuls of sticky toffee pudding, balanced by the fresh fruitiness of bright strawberry jam that ripples through. Sliced or straight out of the pan, GoNanas banana bread couldn’t get any more craveable. Until we froze it.

This flavor starts with a rich banana caramel vegan coconut ice cream, made by cooking down banana puree with brown sugar, molasses, black rum, and cinnamon. This sticky confection is churned with salt and caramel, creating a deep, roasty sweet banana ice cream. We then bake GoNanas Salted Caramel Banana bread blended with mashed bananas and maple syrup. The soft, chewy banana bread chunks add richness to every bite. Finally, a swirl of bright red strawberry jam balances the roasted, caramelized sweetness of the banana ice cream and tender banana bread with fresh fruitiness.
