Almond Brittle w/ Salted Ganache

It all started with Grandma Malek’s secret recipe. We make it just like she did—studding hand-burned brittle with almonds before coating with salted chocolate. We toss our own chocolate ganache, a creamy truffle-like concoction infused with salt, into vanilla ice cream along with shards of the brittle for a flavor that tastes just like digging into a warm memory.
