There’s something special about a piece of pie—each slice representing memories or traditions that have been passed down through generations. That’s why we partnered with musician Hrishikesh Hirway on our Thanksgiving Series to recreate his mother’s famous mango pie—a cultural mash-up reflecting their Indian heritage through a classic American dish—as ice cream. Now we want to do the same with your family’s pie recipe.
In our Pie-Off competition, recipes will go head to head in a vote on our Instagram Stories, where you will decide which pie you want to see churned into ice cream. The top two recipes will be recreated by our team of ice cream makers in a championship matchup where one winner will be crowned the Pie-Off Champion.
Submit your recipes by November 15th for a chance to have your recipe churned into ice cream, and tune in to our Instagram on November 22nd for the final showdown.
