Open only to legal residents of Texas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

Promotion begins on May 22, 2026, and ends on May 24, 2026 at 11pm CT. One entry per person. Multiple entries may be disqualified.

Winner will be selected based on the closest eligible guess to the correct number of spoons. In the event of a tie, winner will be selected at random from tied entries. 

Prize consists of one (1) $500 Salt & Straw Shop Gift Card redeemable at participating Salt & Straw scoop shops. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $500. Gift card subject to issuer terms and conditions and is not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Winner will be notified via email within 10 days of giveaway close and must respond within 10 days to claim prize, or an alternate winner may be selected.

By entering, participants agree to allow Salt & Straw to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Salt & Straw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the giveaway.
