There’s nothing more classic Americana summer than sitting around a campfire, sharing stories, and roasting marshmallows into melty, charred oblivion. 

Building the perfect s’more is a science: from roasting vs. burning the 'mallow to achieving the ideal graham to chocolate ratio, everyone has their own tried and true s’mores strategy. So in honor of National S’mores Day, we challenged our head ice cream maker, Tyler, and R&D test kitchen lead, Karla, to dream up their ideal ice cream s’mores dish. Then we had them go head-to-head in the ultimate Ice Cream S’moresdown. Spoiler: the competition got heated 🔥
