We're farm-to-cone ice cream makers with shops in Portland and Los Angeles. Our ice cream is handmade in small-batches using only all-natural dairy with the best local, sustainable and organic ingredients our communities have to offer, as well as imported flavors from small, handpicked farms and producers around the world. We start with fresh, local, all-natural cream from family owned farms. Our ice cream is made with 17% butterfat, very little air in the churn process, and a low sweetness the flavors can really shine through!

All of our ice creams are handmade in LA using local cream from family-owned dairy, Rockview Farms. This month our flavors are a cheat sheet for Southern California’s best local artisans and ingredients. Highlights include sweet almonds from Kern County, last of the season peaches from Burkart Organic Farms in Dinuba, CA, world famous Salt & Butter donuts from Sidecar Donuts, and GRAND POPPY liqueur from Greenbar Distillery in Downtown L.A.
