
Our attempt to pay homage to the rarity of heirloom cacao and rich history of chocolate making by the Mayans, in ice cream form. David Briggs’ thoughtful and often savory chocolate pairings have always been an inspiration to us, so we followed suit to find the loveliest rust-red pasilla de Oaxaca and chipotle chiles, Mexican oregano, Mexican vanilla, and elegant dark chocolate for this flavor.
