Likewise, Woodblock Chocolate, Portland’s first bean-to-bar company, is a longtime friend that accentuates the unique characteristics of single-origin beans that they roast in ornate early century-old drums. This flavor truly combines the best of both worlds, starting with our cold brew using Coava’s single-origin beans from Kilenso, Ethiopia. That cold brew is mixed with cream, sugar, Jacobsen Sea Salt, and a touch of Woodblock, then gets spattered with freckles of untempered chocolate that become suspended as the ice cream pours out of the machine.
