Avocado Toast Surpreme

Dreamt up by fourth-grader Lana at Larchmont Charter in Los Angeles, this creamy fresh avocado sherbet gets the “supreme” treatment with sweet ‘n savory salt & pepper croutons made from legendary Tartine Bakery’s incredible sourdough bread. Read the instructions from Lana herself: “First get your vanilla base and don’t flavor it too strong because you have to keep the avocado flavor strong. Add chunks of avocado for texture. Add some salt and pepper. Then chop up some bread to make bite size pieces, mix it all together and your done with the ice cream. For the waffle cone put it in the oven for 30 seccund incurments then surve.”
