Here's how it works:

• Step 1: Download the order form below.
• Step 2: Visit our website at www.saltandstraw.com to view our current product and flavor offering. Please note, for ice cream we ship 5 or 6 pints per pack. Ice cream needs extra TLC when being shipped so this quantity is best way to keep everything in good shape.
• Step 3: Complete the order form and include all the recipient information, product specifics, and flavor information. Be sure to check your addresses for accuracy!
• Step 4: Once completed, upload your order form below. Because we want to make sure our ice cream team has everything needed for packing up your shipments, please submit order form at least 2 weeks prior to your preferred delivery date. Please note, we only ship to US addresses and cannot ship to PO boxes.
• Step 5: Once we receive your order form, we will contact you to review and provide a quote. Once your quote is approved, we will begin organizing your order!
