This new flavor features several flower components, all courtesy of the Steven Smith White Petal tea, a blend starring white peony tea, osmanthus flowers, and chamomile petals. We steep the tea in cream and combine with fresh candied peaches. To capture as much floral flavor as possible, we cook the cream into a rich custard, then fold the candied peaches back in before we freeze it into ice cream. You’ll probably taste the flowers first, especially the aromatic Osmanthus, and then the peaches will wash the flavor away. Until your next bite.
