Salted Honey Marshmallow & Walnuts

We simmer walnuts and brown sugar in cream with a touch of vanilla until the mixture turns a beautiful caramel color and the cream soaks up as much walnuttiness as possible. The cream becomes the base of the ice cream, the walnuts are oven-candied with salt and sugar for a crunchy addition, and the whole thing is topped off with a ribbon of marshmallow fluff made with San Francisco Bay Wildflower Honey from Marshall Farms.
