We begin with St. George Spirit’s Raspberry Liqueur, a beautifully lush and juicy luxury made just across the bay. We create a sorbet with this deep ruby liqueur and jewel each batch with hand-placed organic edible flowers—like pansies, borage, begonias, nasturtiums, rose petals, and orange blossoms—preserving the fragile blooms as if encapsulating them in sweet, edible amber.
