Orange Blossom Sorbet w/ Edible Flowers (v)

Something ethereal and romantic happens when you sprinkle fresh flowers into ice cream, or sorbet as the case may be. Our frozen orange blossom base acts as a barrier that encases the petals in their natural state. Shielded from water droplets, they remain vivid, unwilted, and sharp. The mildly tart and gently spiced orange blossom sorbet, which we think of more like spring rainwater than flowers, acts to build up the floral flavors of the petals rather than overpower them.
