North Coast Foraged Trail Mix

As a tribute to the Pacific-specific phenomenon of coastal camping among Redwoods (and other more pedestrian trees), we’ve created a seaside ice cream with native north coast ingredients. First we foraged seaweed in Bodega Bay for an eclectic shoreline trail mix with dried kombu, apricots, figs, and nuts.
