Nibble’s 85% Peruvian Chocolate Sorbet (v)

David and Sandra at Nibble Chocolate make single origin chocolate using only two ingredients, cocoa beans and sugar.  They challenged us to make a vegan chocolate ice cream, and so we did. We melt their 85% single origin Peruvian bar into sugar and water and a little coconut cream to create a dark, pleasantly bitter chocolate sorbet that’s one of the best you’re likely to taste.
