NeoCocoa’s Black Sesame Brittle & Brown Sugar

Chocolatier Christine Doerr creates really unique flavors in her truffles, bark and brittles. We especially love her butter toffee made with black and white sesame seeds coated in dark chocolate. To re-create it, we make a chocolate ice cream with flakes of chocolate, ribbons of brown sugar caramel and then fold in pieces of her exquisite crunchy brittle.
