We love working with Melissa Berry from Missionary Chocolates because all the proceeds from her amazing dairy-free, award-winning chocolate truffles are set aside with the goal of starting an inpatient naturopath hospital. For this collaboration ice cream, we use Melissa’s exact recipe to scoop out a coconut based, tamarind and ginger ice cream that is truly memorable.
