Maple Roasted Butternut Squash & Goat Cheese

Arguably the best use of summer squash we’ve ever found… We blend squash-sweetened ice cream with a bit of fresh goat cheese from Cypress Grove. Then things really get interesting… maple syrup white chocolate fudge is ribboned in, followed by a speckling of homemade red pepper & pepitas butter brittle. This is one of the most ridiculously cool ice creams our LA kitchen has ever come up with!
