Who better to partner with to create a Jasmine flavored ice cream than heritage tea house Red Blossom Tea. If you haven’t been go visit! For our first collaboration we tried to capture and mimic the aroma of their sublime Jasmine Blossom tea. We steep it in cream and sugar along with some fruity pink peppercorns to make ice cream. Then we fold in a mixture of chocolate and Marcona almonds for a little sweetness that plays off the grassiness of the jasmine and makes you crave another bite and then sixteen or seventeen more after that.
