Heart Cold Brew Chamomile Sorbet

We don’t think of coffee as a flower, because it’s not. But then we started working with Heart Coffee Roasters we learned how they bring out the bright, floral flavors of their beans. We warm steep their Ethiopian Reko roast overnight to bring out the jasmine-y blackberry tasting notes, then mix it with chamomile-infused cashew milk to make a sorbet where the floral coffee flavor is truly the star. The result, a dense floral sorbet that really captures the unique coffee flavor.
