Green Fennel & Maple

Experience the bright, beautiful, and complex flavor of fennel in all its glory! While many cooks prize the bulb of the fennel for its sweet-tart licorice freshness, we make the most of the whole plant—pollen, seeds, stalk, and all—to bring out as much robust, ethereal fennel flavor as possible. We use organic fennel from Braga Farms, brought to us as super-fresh juice by the folks at Press Brothers, and mix it with round and grounding Morse Farms’ Vermont maple syrup.
