Goat Cheese Marionberry Habanero

Back by popular polite discourse for the fifth summer in a row. This flavor has a fierce fanclub (people start calling in December to make sure that it’s coming back…or else) and we just had to share it with all of our new San Francisco friends! It starts with Portland Creamery’s “Sweet Fire” goat cheese from a much loved, multiply-awarded, and freely roaming herd of goats in Molalla, Oregon. This smooth, creamy chevre is churned into a tart, creamy chevre ice cream that is ribboned with a thick, blazing, so sweet marionberry jam that has been infused with fiery habaneros.
