Feve’s Strawberry Yogurt Almonds with White Chocolate

Shawn Williams is a maestro when it comes to coaxing intense flavors out of chocolate. To mimic one of his most magnificent candies, we make a white chocolate bark with freeze-dried strawberries and diced almonds. We chop this up and mix it into lemon frozen yogurt, made with Straus yogurt, of course. And then for a little extra tartness, we pipe in ribbons of freeze-dried strawberries just before it sets, which is a brand-new technique for us.
